Grove Pointe is an Apartment Complex in the Harsimus Cove neighborhood of Downtown Jersey City, New Jersey. Grove Pointe consists of two buildings, 102 Christopher Columbus Drive, which are condominiums, and 100 Christopher Columbus Drive, which are rental apartments.
The architecture provides a mix of tiers, tones, and textures.
Amenities include: Health club w/ state of the art equipment and yoga room, uniformed 24x7 concierge, swimming pool, landscaped sun deck, private screening room with flat screen TV, and lounge w/ billiards and Wi-Fi access. Finishes include granite countertops, marble tile floors, stainless steel GE appliances, and GE Washer/Dryer in each residence.
The construction of this complex began in May 2005 and was completed by 2007. The building was designed by the architectural firm DeWitt Tishman Architects LLP.
The condominium building has 11 floors with 67 condominiums, while the apartment building has 29 floors with 458 rental apartments, for a total of 525 luxury residential units.
